I am involved in the full cycle of product development and collection management.

My responsibilities include:

  • developing a global concept and overall direction for the brand's visual style;
  • creating mood boards, selecting color combinations and materials for the collection;
  • analyzing competitors and global industry leaders;
  • designing shapes, creating 3D models, three-dimensional visualizations, and renders in Blender;
  • selecting materials and production technologies;
  • mock-ups and prototyping;
  • communicating with technologists and managers of the contractor company;
  • preparing design and engineering documentation, developing drawings in Russian and English in AutoCad.

What projects I am involved in:

  • Designing kitchen utensils: table textiles, tableware, cutlery;
  • Creating leather products: pencil cases, holders, coasters, pill boxes, cases;
  • modeling products for the living room and bedroom: candles, candlesticks, trays, organizers, bed linen, towels;
  • clothing design: pajama sets, silk scarves;
  • development of prints, graphic elements;
  • product packaging.

I did the full cycle of developing prototypes and experimental products using additive technologies. All projects were internal and implemented for the needs of the laboratory.

  • Working with 3D printing technologies (FDM and DLP): The main focus was on FDM printing, but I also used DLP for tasks requiring high detail. I printed on common printers (Creality, Bambu Lab, Ideaformer IR3 V1), as well as on an experimental assembled FDM printer.
  • Working with materials (TPU, ABS, SBS): Tested flexible and rigid plastics depending on the task. TPU for elastic elements, ABS for durable parts, SBS for transparent and light-transmitting products.
  • Calibrating materials for a specific printer: Conducted a series of calibration tests for each new material or printer. This was especially important for experimental equipment.
  • Design (AutoCAD) and 3D modeling (Blender): I created technical drawings in AutoCAD and detailed 3D models with textures and modifiers in Blender.
  • Visualization and animation of finished models: I made renders and simple animations in Blender to show prototypes from different angles and in motion.
  • Pre-print preparation and chemical post-processing: Prepared files in OrcaSlicer and IdeaMaker for printing. After printing, performed chemical treatment (e.g., with D-limonene) to smooth the surface.
